Fluidized Powder Painting with Precision

If you've ever used a standard powder-paint fluid bed, you've probably

dealt with volcano-ing, powder surges, clumps, and blows out the center. These really impact your dip consistency.

Flow Fusion is a purpose-built, anti-volcano fluid bed system that uses mechanical agitation with air flow to constantly break micro-clumps before they turn into pressure pockets.  A removable electronic module is mounted on the side of the fluid bed that leads to the paint being evenly energized, so instead of building pressure and erupting, it stays loose, level, and stable. One electronic module is included in each starter bundle and subsequent modules are sold separately.  An air source is needed and NOT included to aerate fluid beds. We recommend a good quality aquarium pump.
